We deliberately left all of the best Christmassy things for our last day in New York. I was so excited for our day of Christmas fun and we started off the day super early. Warning, this post involves a whole lot of food!
After two very busy and full on days doing New York, we decided to take a bit more of a chilled day today, and we needed it! With end of term tiredness that only a teacher will understand, a day of relaxing was just what we needed ready to explore this amazing city again.
Our first day in NYC was a hard one to beat, but with big plans I was pretty sure that day 2 would be just as good. Determined to make the most of every second here, we started out our day super early!
The feeling of being in New York at Christmas is a difficult feeling to explain, you simply have to experience it to understand that there’s nowhere quite like it. New York has a special place in my heart and I’ll always love it no matter what the season, but it’s extra special at Christmas time. The weather god was also working in my favour this year as we arrived to a snowy NYC!
