Little February Goals

 Well, January went by in a blur of icy cold, tired eyes and mopey moods; the standard January blues feeling. I'm not sure why but I always find it hard to get my shit together in January. I'm very ready to welcome February, the month of love, blossoms and pancakes. Each month I'm going to be setting 10 little (or big) goals, so here are my little February goals. In February I want to: 1. Lose at least 1 stone  2. Pay £750 off my credit card 3. Make a Teachers Pay Teachers plan 4. Blog at least twice a week 5. Make a doctor's appointment to discover my options for starting a family 6. Daily dog walks to the Common 7. Maintain consistent routines and habits 8. Read The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem 9. Explore and set up a do-able exercise routine 10. Write love letters to my loved ones

Goals and Intentions for 2024

I am so ready to welcome 2024, what feels like a very needed fresh start. The end of 2023 felt hard, with me feeling a little down about work and life in general, as well as illness after illness taking me out. This year I am going to focus on slowing down and looking after myself, putting my time and effort where it matters most and taking steps to improve and enjoy life. With the focus of well-being as a priority, my goals for 2024 are: Personal (self-growth, health, fitness, well-being) ♥   Lose 120 pounds ♥   Develop and maintain healthy habits and routines (sleep, exercise, food, hydration, cleaning, etc) ♥   Grow my confidence and self-esteem ♥   Prioritise time and energy on my own wellbeing ♥   Walk more ♥ Make an effort to look and feel my best each day Life (family, friends, home, hobbies) ♥   Start a family/IVF journey ♥   More wholesome activities to fill my time (puzzles, reading, crafts, journalling, etc) ♥   Celebrate the seasons ♥   Live a more activ
