Chelsea in Bloom

Not wanting to pay the prices for the Chelsea Flower Show, we decided to do the next best thing, Chelsea in Bloom. It started a week earlier so a lot of the flowers were starting to die, but the displays were still stunning. This year's theme was Flowers on Film, so most of the floral displays were based around well known films. There were so many amazing displays, but my favourites were:  The Ivy - Wind in the Willows  Duke of York Square - Wizard of Oz The Lion King - Duke of York Square Mary Poppins - Royal Avenue Kiki Mcdonough - The Jungle Book

Belgravia in Bloom: In The Wild

Belgravia do some fantastic trails, and after doing the Pumpkin Trail in October and absolutely loving it, I knew I wanted to check out Belgravia in Bloom. I knew my mam would love it too and as it was perfectly timed with half term, she came to stay and got to come along too. This year's theme was In The Wild and I absolutely loved it. Belgravia's floral displays were stunning and so bright and colourful. My favourite was definitely Neill Strain Floral Coture who had a beautful seahorse display with the most stunning colours.

I really do love walking around and seeing all of the green (of which China was not) and looking at all the houses (which I'll never afford.) The only time the walk got especially tricky was the final hurdle, walking towards Crystal Palace Park, which has a rather large hill to climb up. I had the option of either getting the bus, or walking, and I was proud of myself for choosing to walk!  Cyrstal Palace Park itself was a little disappointing for me, and it's definitely not one that I would be fussed about going back to. I found it a little tricky to navigate as it is sort of split into sections, and there also wasn't a huge amount to see or do either. I walked around the majority
